Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for patient portals and reputed company-in platforms
• Respond to incidents and service requests for clinical applications, including reputed company, iScribe, and Radix
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues while keeping users informed throughout the process
