The role of New Accounts Application Processing Analyst involves supporting the New Accounts team by processing reputed company applications and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Daily processing of institutional and retail reputed company applications
• Review documentation reputed company to a new account
• Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to assist with account approval and maintenance
• Cross-reference multiple databases and ensure that regulatory aspects of AML and KYC are completed before opening an account
• Follow various regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
• Correspond with clients, sales representatives and reputed company service representatives

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• Registrations: reputed company Series 7, 6, 63. IBKR will sponsor a reputed company license if job-reputed company
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient user of MS Office applications, including advanced reputed company skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively and multitask
• Self-organized team player with an excellent eye for detail
