Business Development Representative
BILL is a rapidly growing fintech company focused on empowering businesses with innovative financial tools. The Business Development Representative will qualify leads, build customer relationships, and generate new sales opportunities while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads, build relationships with prospective customers, network with partners, and generate new opportunities for BILL Direct Sales channel
- Engage with both outbound and marketing-sourced leads to schedule high-quality demos and discovery calls for our Account Executives
- Perform creative prospecting using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach
- Make 80+ outbound calls each day and manage multiple prospects across different stages of the sales cycle through calls, emails, texts, and social outreach
- Learn and master BILL’s product suite and value proposition
- Meet—and aim to exceed—weekly and monthly KPIs including call volume, meetings booked, opportunities created, and deals influenced
- Participate in a collaborative, team-first culture where daily huddles align on goals and celebrate wins
- Navigate objections and turn challenges into opportunities
