Sales Operation Specialist

TechStrat Ltd. is seeking a Sales Operation Specialist to join their team in Falls reputed company, Virginia. This role involves managing the license and maintenance renewal process, invoicing, and ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting sales teams and driving efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire license and maintenance renewal process for customers
• Create and issue invoices for license renewal and services

• Follow up with customers for collections
• Maintain records of customers and maintenance reputed company
