The Sales Associate - Bilingual in Spanish will reputed company with customers to process transactions, assist with inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Accurately verify or enter customer information into our systems
• Assist customers courteously with inquiries such as questions about our services, service cancellations, or other Ria locations
• Recognize and resolve problems, issues, or complaints during queries, or escalate them to the management team as needed
• Stay up to date with Ria's products, services, and policies
• Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit
• Prepare daily transaction records

Skills

• Ability to reputed company English & Spanish
• Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends
• Basic computer skills, with the ability to use reputed company and reputed company
• Strong customer service skills
• A valid work permit is required
