The B2B Collector will be responsible for recovering debts owed to clients and managing relationships with debtors and reputed company-party stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and sustaining effective relationships with clients, debtors, and reputed company-party stakeholders
• Managing a portfolio of debts, implementing the agreed processes and systems to reputed company desired goals and results

Skills

• A strong customer service background (this role would suit someone who has experience in other industries such as the service industry or retail)
• Experience in debt collection, preferably reputed company the business to business environment is desirable but not essential
• Result-oriented with strong initiative and drive to succeed
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to organize workload and prioritize in order to reputed company deadlines

• Language skills: English (any other language is an asset)
