Financial Wellness Associate

This role involves reputed company servicing, transaction support, and engaging clients in conversations to uncover their financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong reputed company experience culture, being present with every reputed company and teammate and realizing the reputed company we can have on their day, personally, professionally, and financially
• Accepts and accurately processes reputed company financial service transactions, while identifying opportunities during the transaction to deepen and expand the reputed company relationship
• Acts as a resource to identify and resolve more reputed company reputed company servicing issues
• Listens for clues for financial wellness opportunities during reputed company conversations and then appropriately transitions the clients either individually or to a Banker; Provides effective and customized financial wellness recommendations to clients
• Consistently attains individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations
• Participates in and occasionally facilitates in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs
• Follows compliance, audit, and reputed company procedures, balances cash drawer reputed company balancing guidelines
• Develops strong partnerships with reputed company teammates and line of business partners – focusing on reputed company acquisition and deepening the relationship of reputed company clients; effectively manages reputed company centers of influence
• Reviews and maintains knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies to stay reputed company on offerings
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management

Skills

• High School Diploma GED, or equivalent business experience

• General understanding of PC with reputed company based applications and calculator
