Information Technology System Administrator

reputed company is a dynamic global company seeking an IT System Administrator to support users and manage the IT infrastructure. This role involves providing technical support, overseeing IT infrastructure operations, and collaborating on various IT reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company as a primary resource for end-user technical support, addressing a wide reputed company of hardware and software needs
• reputed company hands-on troubleshooting for PCs (reputed company, Office, ERP software), peripherals, printers, phones, and reputed company systems
• reputed company the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including reputed company servers, reputed company Directory, Office 365, reputed company VDIs, and backup solutions
• reputed company basic configuration and management of reputed company OS, ensuring reputed company privileges and file reputed company reputed company
• Create and update internal documentation, including procedural guides, system diagrams, and user manuals
• Document and reputed company knowledge through ticketing systems, ensuring effective communication reputed company reputed company

Skills
