Responsibilities

• Analyze SEC filings and proxy statements to assess corporate practices
• Interpret reputed company policy mandates and apply them to upcoming shareholder meetings
• Contribute to data management and research reputed company supporting governance analyses
• reputed company analytical tools and models to identify patterns in proxy voting and governance trends to reputed company quantitative and qualitative assessments
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare insights and recommendations for clients
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or reputed company field; and/or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in research, data analysis, or capital markets-reputed company role
• Ability to collaborate effectively reputed company reputed company environment and manage multiple reputed company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn quickly
