[Remote] Customer Support Specialist

In this role, you will manage new and existing claims, ensuring they are processed smoothly and accurately while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• reputed company process and file new claims, evaluate loss information, and ensure accurate categorization
• Address customer inquiries, reputed company reputed company claim determinations, and resolve issues with reputed company and professionalism
• Accurately reputed company claim details, process transactions, and ensure reputed company, correct updates to customer records

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years' experience in a customer service and/or reputed company center role; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be reputed company to type a minimum of 30 WPM
• Proficient in Word, reputed company and reputed company for document management, communication and data entry
• Strong ability to analyze, identify and resolve customer needs and issues with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and reputed company experiences
• Ability to accurately handle transactions and data entry to ensure claim-reputed company information is correctly recorded
