Business Development Representative (BDR)
Xplor Technologies is a global provider of business management software and payments services. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will focus on outbound lead generation, identifying potential clients, and converting them into qualified leads to drive new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Drive Outbound Lead Generation : Proactively call and email into targeted lists, engaging potential prospects to introduce them to Xplor Recreation and assess their needs
- Conduct Discovery to Qualify Leads : Use thoughtful discovery to assess fit and qualify leads for handoff to Sales
- Collaborate on Outbound Targeting : Work closely with Marketing and Sales to prioritize outreach efforts, focusing on high-potential accounts and industries
- Support Inbound Lead Qualification as Needed : When required, assist the SDR in managing and qualifying inbound demo and follow-up requests
- Build New Pipeline : Serve as a key driver in developing a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, ensuring sustained growth for the organization
- Track and Report on Progress : Maintain clear records of outreach and qualification efforts, and provide regular updates to management on key metrics and goals
Skills
- 0-2 years of experience in a business development or outbound sales role
- A relentless drive to learn, grow, and develop as a sales professional
- Proven ability to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for outbound activities such as calls, emails, and discovery meetings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot is preferred
