[Remote] Product Manager (Remote)

The Product Manager will drive product development by conducting market research, generating requirements, and developing marketing strategies for multiple agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
• Recommend the nature and scope of present and reputed company product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product reputed company and/or product enhancements
• Assess market competition by comparing reputed company's product to competitors' products
• reputed company reputed company data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives
• Obtain product market reputed company by working with sales leadership to reputed company product sales strategies
• Assess product market data by calling on clients and evaluating sales reputed company results

• Assist in recommendations for product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing development costs, and anticipating volume
• Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
• Maintain reputed company and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, review reputed company publications, establish personal networks and participate in reputed company societies
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing reputed company results as needed
• May reputed company other duties as assigned

Skills

• 1-3+ years Product Management experience
• Product Management and/or Product reputed company experience in software implementation reputed company
• Experience working in multiple phases of SDLC methodologies with software support tools
• Bachelor's Degree preferred (Business, MIS, Computer Science or a reputed company field)
• Agile experience is strongly preferred
• Basic SQL experience preferred
• Experience in the Consumer Directed Benefit or Financial Services industry preferred
• Experience with benefits administration technology preferred
