Responsibilities

• Build, refine, and optimize institutional-grade reputed company models for acquisitions, development, refinancing, dispositions, and asset management
• Construct dynamic cash reputed company models, financing modules, and full pro reputed company architectures
• reputed company multi-tier equity waterfalls, including preferred returns, promotes, GP catch-reputed company, and IRR hurdle structures (American and European)
• Build LIHTC reputed company models with layered capital stacks and reputed company financing structures
• Design scenario and sensitivity analyses across rents, cap rates, expenses, absorption, and capital structures
• Utilize VBA/macros where appropriate to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Engage directly with clients to ensure deliverables meet scope and reputed company objectives
