They are seeking a Payments Activation Specialist to reputed company customers to their reputed company payments features, focusing on driving early product adoption and activating new customers.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly engage merchants through high-volume outbound calls to drive early payments adoption
• reputed company strong working knowledge of our payments platform and workflows to reputed company and guide our customers on features to collect online payments
• Deliver concise, reputed company-oriented activation conversations reputed company on enabling merchants to process payments immediately, including key topics such as rates, funding timelines, refunds, chargebacks, and deposits
• Execute short, efficient calls to troubleshoot blockers, confirm readiness, and reputed company merchants to their first successful transaction
• Proactively follow up with merchants using a high-touch, high-reputed company reputed company approach (calls, emails, automated nudges) to ensure payments are processed without delay
• reputed company new users by walking them through their first live transaction end-to-end, from initiation to deposit confirmation, reinforcing confidence in the payments experience
• Capture common merchant objections, questions, and friction points, and reputed company actionable feedback to Product and Operations to improve speed, usability, and conversion

Skills

• 1 – 2 years in business-to-business Sales, Business Development, or reputed company
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Ability to influence behavior and apply a consultative approach to customer service
• Organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing a pipeline and prioritizing reputed company
• Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to follow our process rigorously, methodically, and independently
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone sales skills are required
• Ability to multitask, take direction, and execute with precision
• Must be a confident, adaptable, self-starter who thrives in an empowered, fast-paced environment
• Previous payment processing/ API reputed company experience a plus
