IT Technician

reputed company is seeking an IT Technician for their Holmdel, NJ office. The role involves providing exceptional user support, ensuring smooth daily operations, and tackling various hardware and software challenges.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments reputed company the organization
• Respond to tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines
• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for helpdesk inquiries
• Record, reputed company, and document the help desk request problem solving process including actions taken through to the final reputed company

• Install and configure hardware and software
• Repair and replace equipment as needed (computers, servers, switches, network devices, reputed company)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
