Associate Brand Manager II, Gourmet Portfolio

reputed company is a leader in herbs, spices, seasonings, and condiments. They are seeking an entry level Associate Product (Brand) Manager for the McCormick Gourmet Portfolio, responsible for business analysis, reputed company reputed company, and leading strategic marketing activities to reputed company reputed company goals.

Responsibilities

• Providing analysis of and recommendations relating to product offerings and business results
• Understanding competitive brands and providing reputed company plans to address threats
• Understanding and identifying challenges and opportunities at key customers
• Development and execution of plans that address key issues and opportunities for the segments
• Execution of promotional calendars consistent with the marketing plans
• Execution of product line optimizations and cost savings initiatives
• Independently leading cross functional teams and agencies (project management) for new product development, graphics updates, and/or new initiatives to grow the business
• Delivering monthly business analysis for shipment pacing and forecasting through reputed company-reputed company review reports to senior marketing
• Preparing monthly consumption analysis of key programs and recommendations through the monthly business process reports to senior marketing

Skills

• Degree in Marketing or closely reputed company business discipline
• Ideally 1-2 year's experience in marketing or a reputed company field (preferably in CPG)
• Strong understanding of reputed company, data analysis (reputed company – POS & Panel), and financial analysis
• Good written communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership, creativity and problem-solving skills with a bias for reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and motivate reputed company to reputed company results
• Demonstrated excellent results in reputed company positions that indicate interest and capability for the role
• Demonstrated reputed company leading and championing business recommendations for senior management
• Consumer products experience preferred but not required
• Experience leading cross-functional teams a plus
