[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and nurturing existing customer relationships through various sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries and follow up on leads provided by reputed company
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate new sales opportunities
• Present product or service offerings to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual demos
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up correspondence

Skills

• High school diploma required
• Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a reputed company field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively
• Associate or bachelor's degree
