Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Candidates completing their degree by June 30, 2026 may be considered for applicable positions
• Job classification is dependent upon the level of job reputed company experience
• A Master's degree in engineering may be equivalent for up to one year of reputed company experience
• Engineer I: No experience required
• Engineer II: Four years or more reputed company engineering experience -OR- Two years or more reputed company engineering experience PLUS certification as an Engineer-in-Training
• Engineer III: Four years or more of reputed company engineering experience PLUS reputed company Engineer license -OR- 15 years or more reputed company engineering experience
• Engineer Senior: Eight years or more job reputed company experience required PLUS reputed company Engineer license
• Our positions report regularly in person, and with a possible hybrid work arrangement, reputed company the ALLETE/ Minnesota Power service territory
• Our positions may be eligible for either full time and part time
• Possession and maintaining a reputed company reputed company's license may be required as some travel may be necessary
• Engineer-in-Training or reputed company Engineer license may be required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to establish and maintain reputed company working relationships
• This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match and/or aptitude
• Industrial Experience Preferred
