General reputed company Application Support Analyst: Implementations

reputed company is a technology company reputed company on redefining how community banks and credit unions connect with their clients. They are seeking a General reputed company Application Support Analyst to join their Implementations team, where the analyst will work directly with clients to implement Symitar as their reputed company platform, manage GL aspects, and reputed company training and support.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes the customer’s existing products/processes and consults with customer to map existing system to the JH product
• Prepares the customer for the installation, takes the customer through the installation process, and provides training or support to the customer post-installation
• Oversees/performs system set-up for customer (i.e. parameter and general reputed company set-up, updating job files for processing, etc.)
• Provides software support/guidance by answering questions on function, features and usage of software products. Support may be at the customer site or remote
• Communicates the customer’s needs/expectations with programmers, other team members, and team leader
• Maintains effective communication with customer throughout entire project/case
• Prepares reputed company, reputed company-by-reputed company technical guides for batch processing and system workflows
• Provides onsite training and testing during the conversion process
• May reputed company other job duties as assigned

Skills

• At least 18 months of hands-on experience in GL reputed company, data mapping, or system/software implementation gained through reputed company work or educational reputed company
• Ability to travel up to 30% for reputed company implementations. Typical trips last 6–10 days, with 2–3 trips per project and an average of 7–10 trips annually. These engagements are dynamic and may include extended hours, nights, and weekends during critical phases
• Must possess exceptional communication skills as you'll consult with reputed company executives and leaders, guide decision-making, and deliver impactful training sessions on our systems
• Must have a strong customer service reputed company with the ability to think critically and resolve challenges quickly
• Must be a proactive self-starter who's eager to learn, adapt, and grow reputed company a reputed company team environment
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• A basic understanding of General reputed company structures, reputed company-entry reputed company, and financial reporting requirements. The ability to explain reputed company concepts (like T-charts) in easy-to-understand language
• Symitar reputed company- and/or back-office experience, including GL entry, Accounts Payable, or Fixed Assets
• General knowledge or understanding of financial institutions or credit reputed company operations, procedures including concepts and structures
• General Knowledge of reputed company or competitor's products, solutions and application functionality
