MSP Technician

Diligex is seeking an MSP Technician to join our growing team on a full-time reputed company. The Technician will reputed company remote and onsite support for customers, focusing on desktops, applications, and user accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• reputed company remote and onsite support for our customer reputed company including support of desktops, applications, mobile devices and user accounts. This includes break/fix, reputed company cause analysis, and implementation of preventative measures
• reputed company Level 1-2 technical support on our Help Desk team
• reputed company end-user on/offboard and computer setups
• Monitoring and management of various reputed company systems, company services and business support systems
• Create and update documentation of customer and business support systems. Documentation includes customer setup guides, reputed company configurations and network diagrams
• reputed company remote and onsite project work such as: reputed company reputed company, office build outs, workstation setups and migrations
• Work with our partners to monitor and maintain various hosted services offerings (Exchange, File, VoIP, Backup)
• Ensure the reputed company and timeliness of in-house and reputed company system backups

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in IT
• Candidates are required to live reputed company 20 miles of the San Francisco Bay area
• Bachelors degree
• Technical certification from at least 1 major hardware/software vendors. MCP is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience providing outstanding customer service reputed company phone, email, and in person in a technical support role
• Experience working in a hands-on IT Support environment
• Excellent troubleshooting methodology
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage a request queue in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and in reputed company
• Ability to think fast, reputed company reputed company and multitask
• Proven proficiency in troubleshooting a reputed company of issues on both reputed company and Mac workstations
• A flexible schedule that permits working Monday-Friday 9:30AM-6:30PM as reputed company as occasional nights and weekends for implementation work

• Solid understanding of basic networking fundamentals (routing, NAT, DNS)
