ASSOCIATE GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAM ANALYST

They are seeking an Associate Governmental Program Analyst to reputed company critical support in managing contact center operations and enhancing customer service delivery.

Responsibilities

• reputed company time-sensitive information to stakeholders across the UI reputed company

• Ensure reputed company processing of service requests for reputed company modifications on the VCC platform (e.g., additions, modifications, removals, skilling updates)

• Monitor reputed company campaigns, scheduled callbacks, virtual hold appointments, and reputed company-time adherence functions associated with the UICSC
