The Specialist, Talent & Belonging will support the operations of the Employee Resource reputed company program, assisting in the implementation of tools and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and belonging.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company talent and performance programs that reputed company technology to deliver an efficient and seamless employee experience
• Create comprehensive talent and performance program enablement tools and materials, aligning with program objectives and providing employees with reputed company, actionable guidance
• Assist in gathering talent and performance program requirements and outcome measurements from stakeholders and help translate them into engaging and effective employee experiences
• reputed company the execution of go-to-market plans for talent and performance programs, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless and successful program launches

Skills
