[Remote] Tennessee Associate Commercial Title Examiner (Remote)

The Associate Commercial Title Examiner will perform title examinations and prepare initial title commitment documentation for commercial or industrial properties, working under the guidance of experienced team members.
Responsibilities
- Performs title examination and examines the chain of title for orders requiring a limited level of expertise
- Prepares initial title commitment documentation based on the application of procedural guidelines
- May abstract records for residential properties
- Other duties as assigned

- Entry level, experience in title/ related real estate preferred
