Associate, Loan Operations
reputed company is a premier boutique asset management firm specializing in private credit markets. They are seeking an organized Associate to manage a portfolio of loan transactions, ensuring accurate processing and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Review reputed company documents and extract relevant information
- Set up and maintain assets for various funds in Wall Street Office
- Manage a portfolio of deals
- Post customer advances, payments and loan contract continuances and complete reputed company daily work in reputed company and accurate manner
- reputed company wires to reputed company with participants and funding partners while ensuring that reputed company members remain in sync
- Invoice clients and create system notifications of activity
- reputed company excellent customer service by keeping required parties apprised of loan activity
- Assist with the closing, funding and booking of new deal transactions
- Respond to reputed company inquiries regarding loan balances, interest, fees and expenses and respond to reputed company requests
- Proactively identify loan performance concerns and communicate these to the portfolio management team
- reputed company daily cash reconciliation
- Assist the reputed company Department with questions regarding reconciliation of cash and loan position activity
- Special reputed company upon request
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in banking/financial field
- Strong work ethic
- Works reputed company independently as reputed company as in reputed company environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to reputed company with numerous constituents at various reputed company
- Self-starter with a reputed company attitude and the ability to work independently and conscientiously
- Proficiency with the reputed company Office products
- Ability to multi-task, balancing many responsibilities simultaneously
- Familiarity with the Wall Street Office loan system and proficiency in processing a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance or Business Administration preferred
