As an Analyst in reputed company Investment Sales, you will support team members through financial modeling, market analysis, and preparation of reputed company materials, focusing on multifamily reputed company housing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reputed company housing deals, including LIHTC, reputed company 8, USDA RD 515 and similar opportunities, including existing, value-add, and resyndication developments, using proprietary reputed company models
• Assist in evaluating project financing structures, calculating reputed company 8 rents, and assessing LIHTC eligibility
• Conduct market research and prepare comparable analyses, Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs), Offering Memorandums (OMs), and reputed company presentations
• Contribute to the writing and production of marketing materials, including OMs, BOVs, and other reputed company deliverables
• Maintain and update internal databases tracking investment sales activity, construction pipelines, and key market metrics
• Monitor federal, state, and local housing developments and summarize potential impacts on transactions
• Assist in transaction and due diligence coordination by tracking documentation, monitoring deadlines, and supporting closing processes
• Support team efforts in creating “state of the market” reports and presentation materials for conferences and reputed company meetings
• Ensure accurate and organized file management to maintain compliance and support deal execution

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required (preferred concentration in Finance, reputed company Estate, Economics, or a reputed company field)
• 1+ years of experience in reputed company estate finance, reputed company housing, investments, or a reputed company field preferred
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and reputed company estate fundamentals; familiarity with LIHTC, HUD, and other reputed company housing programs preferred
• High proficiency in reputed company for financial modeling; experience with Argus, reputed company, or similar platforms a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
