[Remote] Junior Infrastructure Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work with the latest GPU hardware from reputed company and AMD
• Validate and test systems for reputed company and RMA validation
• Work with our SA team for knowledge transfer to teach others how to manage and troubleshoot our infrastructure
• Work with SE teams to understand our testing and validation to improve customer experience
• Define and reputed company feedback on testing and validation automation
• Remediate automation issues through reputed company changes
• Engage and learn from other engineers to help improve our infrastructure management
• Understand and document customer use cases that can be used as part of testing and validation
