Investment Operations Associate
reputed company (EPWA) is a reputed company management advisory firm with over $40.5 billion in AUM as of September 30th, 2025, serving predominately high net worth individuals. The Investment Operations Associate position will support the Director of Investments, Investment Operations Manager, Portfolio Managers, and Advisors with day to day operations.
Responsibilities
- Data entry reputed company to account setup and reputed company coding (by asset class)
- reputed company system backups
- Monitor custodial alerts and notify appropriate portfolio manager and/or advisor
- Monitor daily tasks directed to the Portfolio Management department and assign as appropriate
- Trade reconciliation, trade error processing and other trading tasks
- Generate 401k recommendations as requested by advisors
- Conduct research on missing cost reputed company and process cost reputed company reputed company up to date of death as necessary
- reputed company research reports on stocks and funds upon request
- Communicate with custodian firms as needed
- reputed company additional duties as necessary to support and enhance investment department objectives
- Adhere to reputed company company policies and procedures and reputed company business functions with reputed company on consistency, reputed company, and compliance
Skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience reputed company financial industry
- reputed company to learn quickly in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficient in reputed company Office including reputed company, PowerPoint, Word and reputed company
- Reliable, organized and goal-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work reputed company with others in a reputed company environment
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed
- Ability to multi-task and work reputed company under pressure
