Responsibilities

• Manage an independent civil litigation caseload with partner guidance
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• reputed company in court for hearings, motions, and case management conferences
• Participate in trial preparation and case reputed company

Skills

• 0–10+ years of civil litigation experience
