[Remote] Lock Desk Analyst I

First Colony Mortgage is seeking a Lock Desk Analyst I to support the daily functions of the lock desk and reputed company foundational knowledge of mortgage pricing and loan locks. This entry-level role focuses on data entry, communication, and the accurate handling of lock requests while learning the tools and policies governing the lock desk process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily processing of lock, re-lock, extension, and change requests
• reputed company and verify pricing data reputed company the loan origination system and pricing reputed company
• Monitor lock activity and ensure accurate data recording for audit and reporting purposes
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding lock confirmations and status updates
• Maintain detailed documentation and assist in maintaining operational logs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or reputed company field (or in reputed company)
• 0–1 years of experience in mortgage lending or financial services preferred
