[Remote] Recruiter - Remote, Seasonal/Temporary

The role involves conducting interviews, fostering a positive candidate experience, and collaborating with the recruiting team in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Interview & Evaluate Candidates: Conduct one-to-one video interviews, evaluate applicants’ qualifications and make hiring decisions
- Foster a Positive Candidate Experience: Act as primary point of contact, respond to questions, provide timely information and coordination throughout the recruiting process
- Utilize Multiple Systems and Tools: Work with HR and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Collaborate with Recruiting Team: Work closely with your virtual team using a variety of digital communication tools and systems, provide updates and process improvement ideas
Skills
- Minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1 year experience in HR or other customer-focused work
- Strong computer skills, with practical hands-on experience navigating multiple systems and screens efficiently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while demonstrating analytical skills, learning & applying new processes quickly, strong attention to detail, critical thinking, organized, prioritization of tasks, and problem solving
- Driven to succeed independently, with a moderate level of supervision, while presenting yourself and the company in a positive, professional manner
