[Remote] Member Care Advisor (Remote)

Better Health is a company focused on transforming the home medical supply industry through a comprehensive service that includes support, coaching, education, and delivery. They are seeking a Member Care Advisor to manage customer interactions, support product development, and enhance customer experience in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Become a pro at their products, customers, medical conditions, insurance, and billing
- Be the first person customers talk to for questions and problems, and work with other teams (product, billing, etc.) to sort things out
- Handle the whole customer journey, from potential customers to post-purchase support
- Help create awesome processes for customer interactions
- Be the customer's voice internally, making sure product development is all about their needs
Skills
- Experience in customer service, especially with durable medical equipment (DME)
- Super into consumer healthcare and helping people live their best lives
- Always go above and beyond for customers
- Self-starter, always 'selling' (in a good way!), creative, good at problem-solving, and can prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excited to jump into a startup and make an impact right away
