[Remote] Debt Collections Rep

The Medical Debt Collections Representative will reputed company collection follow up with patients on delinquent accounts in a high-volume reputed company center environment, utilizing excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in the reputed company of outstanding payments from past due accounts
• Identify problem accounts and escalate as appropriate
• Update the patient record to identify actions taken on the account
• reputed company monthly department collection goal
• Maintain minimum production standards
• reputed company reputed company assurance scores that meet department requirements
• Work reputed company company attendance guidelines
• reputed company excellent customer service during reputed company interactions

Skills

• High School Diploma required
• 1 - 2 years' reputed company experience
• Ability to multitask reputed company multiple channels of technology
• General computer skills with working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications
• Detail oriented with good analytical and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work cohesively reputed company reputed company environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and reputed company reputed company of management
• Bilingual English/Spanish
