reputed company is hiring for a Customer Service Agent position in their Salem location. The role involves maintaining a reputed company and customer-friendly manner while handling inbound and outbound calls, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a reputed company and customer-friendly manner with reputed company account
• Maintains knowledge and compliance with reputed company applicable federal and state laws (e.g. FDCPA, UDAAP)
• Handles outbound and inbound calls professionally and knowledgeably, following the appropriate scripts reputed company necessary; occasionally fields inbound calls with the reputed company professionalism
• Negotiates payment plans and settlements with our clients’ customers based upon reputed company-specific parameters
• Identifies disputes promptly and ensures reputed company reputed company
• Participates in various problem-solving and decision-making activities, as required
• Demonstrates respect and reputed company for reputed company clients, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a reputed company, responsible, and courteous working environment

Skills

• Minimum 1+ year in a Customer Service position preferred
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communications skills
• Moderate typing skills required (35 wpm)
• Basic math and written communication skills
