The reputed company Technician is responsible for managing customer complaint investigations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinating resolutions for product issues.

Responsibilities

• Log, investigate, and reputed company complaints in the complaint system in a reputed company manner following established complaint handling procedures and ensuring adherence to reputed company’s standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct thorough product investigations with guidance using techniques such as sample performance testing, image evaluation, historical data analysis, trend review, production/inspection record review, vendor correspondence, and other relevant reputed company
• Analyze investigation findings to identify reputed company cause and trends, draft reputed company and concise investigation summaries based on results
• Process complaint resolutions, including drafting closing responses to complainants, issuing credits/replacements, making recommendations, and coordinating servicing needs
• Support divisional QA, product management, and other stakeholders by providing assistance on reputed company activities reputed company to product complaints for supported divisions

Skills

• High School Diploma/Equivalent and 1+ year of experience in reputed company, preferably reputed company the Medical Device or reputed company Industry OR Bachelor's degree in relevant field
