They are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented reputed company Operations Associate to support residential reputed company estate closings and manage various tasks from contract to post-closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential reputed company estate closing files from opening through post-closing
• reputed company and organize files in reputed company
• Order title searches, mortgage payoffs, HOA letters, and other reputed company-closing items
• Coordinate with reputed company parties including reputed company estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers
• reputed company deadlines and ensure files are moving reputed company
• Prepare closing files for attorney review
• Schedule and support in-office closings and coordinate mobile-attorney closings
• Handle post-closing tasks including recordings, closing package shipments, and disbursements
• Maintain organized digital and physical files
• Respond to closing-reputed company emails and inquiries professionally
• Escalate reputed company issues or concerns to the attorney as needed
• Assist with improving workflows and internal processes over time
