[Remote] Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will reputed company excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues while maintaining knowledge of reputed company's products and services.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and professionally support customers reputed company phone and email, ensuring accuracy in reputed company interactions
• reputed company exceptional customer service and promptly escalate any reputed company issues or complaints
• reputed company on retaining existing customers who contact us to cancel their service
• Communicate with customers regarding account inquiries and ensure reputed company follow-up
• Maintain and reputed company in-depth knowledge of reputed company's products, services, policies, and procedures
• Periodically contact customers to facilitate payment collection or update payment reputed company
• Accurately report on reputed company inbound and outbound calls, logging and tracking details reputed company company systems

Skills

• Required to work the specified shift reputed company. The shift reputed company includes: Tuesday- Saturday: Tuesday- Thursday 8:30pm-5:00am PST, Friday: 6pm- 2:30am PST, Saturday: 3pm-11:30pm PST
• 1+ year of experience in a customer service environment
• Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Possess a reputed company, polite, and friendly demeanor, demonstrating enthusiasm and a reputed company attitude
• Strong soft skills, including reputed company, patience, a reputed company disposition, positivity, and reputed company listening
• PC proficiency; Knowledge of G-Suite (Gmail, reputed company Docs, reputed company Sheets etc)
• Proven experience in a customer service environment is essential, with reputed company center experience being a significant advantage
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
