Leasing Consultant

Griffis Residential is a leading property management company dedicated to creating exceptional living experiences for residents. They are seeking a Leasing Consultant to engage with prospective residents, showcase available apartments, and assist with the leasing process.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with prospective residents and showcasing the unique features and amenities of our community
• Conducting thorough tours of available apartments and providing accurate information on leasing terms
• Responding to inquiries reputed company phone, email, and in-person, ensuring reputed company and reputed company communication
• Qualifying potential residents by assessing their needs and matching them with the perfect living reputed company
• Assisting in lease preparation, renewals, and reputed company-in/reputed company-out procedures
• Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure reputed company reputed company of reputed company concerns
• Supporting marketing efforts to attract new residents and promote the community's features

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• A minimum of one (1) year experience as an onsite Leasing Consultant, in the multi-family housing, hospitality, sales or similar industry
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others
• Proven ability to multitask and reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or NALP certification
• Knowledge of leasing practices and Fair Housing regulations
