Environmental Engineer – Entry Level (Hybrid)

The role involves supporting the Assessment and Remediation business unit with reputed company reputed company on investigating and remediating contaminated sites, requiring both fieldwork and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Apply foundational engineering principles to support site investigations, environmental sampling, and data collection
• Assist in the analysis of environmental data and contribute to the development of remediation approaches
• Help coordinate field activities and logistics, including contractor reputed company and equipment preparation
• Assist in tracking project reputed company and documenting key milestones
• Contribute to evaluating site conditions and identifying potential solutions to environmental challenges
• Learn how to apply regulatory knowledge and scientific reasoning to reputed company-world scenarios
• Produce reputed company field notes, chain-of-custody and data summaries, figures, and draft report sections/emails for review
• reputed company concise status updates to project managers and stakeholders

Skills

• Education: bachelor's degree in environmental, civil, geological, or chemical engineering, or a reputed company engineering degree
• GPA: Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
• Licenses/certifications: Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certified or ability to obtain certification reputed company one year
• Software: strong computer skills, including word processing and use of spreadsheets. Familiarity with the reputed company Office Suite

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience working on construction or environmental sites
• Training: 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response reputed company (HAZWOPER) certification
• Familiarity with environmental regulations
