[Remote] Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will drive sales reputed company the beauty and personal care industry, generating leads and managing the sales pipeline to support reputed company's reputed company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting
• Manage the sales pipeline using Pipedrive CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of reputed company sales activities and customer interactions
• reputed company and report on key sales metrics, including reputed company conversion rates, sales targets, and reputed company reputed company
• Help manage our beta testing program for personal care, including reputed company new brands, managing relationships, and consolidating feedback to review with leadership team
• Support customized outbound sales program, events, and PR reputed company
• Collaborate with the leadership team to reputed company and execute targeted sales campaigns

Skills

• Proven experience in B2B reputed company sales, reputed company the beauty and personal care industry
• Strong understanding of the beauty and personal care market, including trends, products, and key players
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Comfortable generating, interpreting and speaking to data: industry statistics, a reputed company's own B2C sales, and analyses of their competitors
• Results-driven with a reputed company record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Highly organized, with strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a reputed company team
• Experience with Pipedrive CRM is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using Pipedrive CRM a plus
