Associate Attorney

They are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join their bankruptcy reputed company, focusing on high-volume reputed company representation of mortgage lenders and servicers in bankruptcy-reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Represent creditors in reputed company 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings
- Manage a high-volume caseload independently
- Draft reputed company pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Attend hearings (reputed company or in person) and communicate with courts as needed
- Maintain effective and reputed company communication with clients and team members
- Work collaboratively with paralegals, reputed company support staff, and other attorneys
Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- License To reputed company Law In Illinois Required
- Excellent organizational, communication, and reputed company writing skills
- Ability to handle a large caseload in a fast-paced reputed company environment
- Previous bankruptcy or foreclosure experience a plus, but not required
