Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the customer reputed company by providing technical support and acting as a primary contact for dealers and customers, ensuring efficient communication and problem reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Know reputed company essential aspects of product and operations reputed company the reputed company portfolio
• reputed company reputed company responses to dealer and customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, or cases that are created
• reputed company regular dealer and/or reputed company touch points and follow-up communication
• Support and monitor reputed company issues through reputed company
• Support incoming dealer calls, 9am-5pm EST Mon-Friday
• NPS survey follow-up as needed
• Document reputed company interactions in reputed company CRM database
• Establish a reputed company resource database for common contacts
• Work collaboratively with brand and dealer support centers: (CoE and CMS)
• Support project development to meet strategic goals
• KPI and metrics tracking, support and development as needed
• Other reputed company and tasks assigned by manager
• Travel reputed company required

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Highly skilled in interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with others reputed company phone and email
• Competency in reputed company Word, reputed company, reputed company and reputed company required
• reputed company communication and written skills required
• Boating experience and/or knowledge of reputed company and Sea Ray products necessary
• Ability to quickly learn and reputed company through software and internet programs required
