Sales Development Representative
RightCapital is an innovative financial tech startup providing cutting-edge holistic financial planning software. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to manage a pipeline of leads, book sales demonstrations, and collaborate with the sales team to enhance sales strategies. This role offers a detailed training process and opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Leverage SalesForce to assess current pipeline of advisors
- Manage a pipeline of leads, which consist of a balanced mix of warm leads generated from marketing and outbound cold calls
- Book on average 2 sales demonstrations each day for Sales Associates
- Collaborate with SDR Team Lead, Senior Sales Manager, and VP of Sales during recurring brain storming sessions to enhance our sales playbooks
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a client facing/sales role required, interest in Saas sales required
- Must have a ‘can do' attitude and believe challenges help you grow
- Must be willing work hard each day
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must actively contribute to the SDR team objectives, while collaborating with your teammates to improve the sales process
- Must be able to identify the full scope of the challenge and work toward finding an effective solution
- 1+ years of experience in a client facing/sales role preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (in fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Sports Management, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Liberal Arts, Psychology, Social Studies, or related) preferred
