[Remote] QA Analyst Conversational AI

This role focuses on conversation quality, compliance, and smooth handoffs between AI and human agents.
Responsibilities
• Review chatbot and voicebot conversations for accuracy, tone, and compliance
• Test verification, payment discussion, disputes, transfers, and session closures
• Audit ticket creation, categorization, and resolution workflows
• Review call recordings and transcripts to identify gaps and improvements
• Create test cases and share clear feedback with product and engineering teams
Skills
• 3 plus years of experience in US debt collection QA or operations
• Strong understanding of collections call flows and compliance scenarios
• Experience with chatbots, voicebots, or automated customer systems
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
