Work in office: 20%; Work from home: 80% What You’ll Do: • Own the Issue Lifecycle: Investigate, resolve, and document operational issues from intake to reputed company—partnering with internal teams and external vendors to reputed company service delivery seamless. • Analyze & Audit: Use SQL and data tools to identify trends, systemic issues, and opportunities for improvement. • Communicate reputed company: reputed company transparent updates and maintain detailed documentation for stakeholders and partners. • Improve Processes: Recommend and implement long-term solutions, automation, and system enhancements to prevent recurring issues. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Clinical, Data Architecture, Integrations, Benefits Configuration, and more to deliver effective solutions. • Support Vendor Partnerships: Engage with adjudication software vendors to ensure accurate claims processing and system performance.
