The role involves managing CRM initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while collaborating with various internal teams. Responsibilities • Own CRM execution: Build and manage automated email and SMS flows, campaigns, and A/B tests in reputed company that support the customer lifecycle—from reputed company and engagement to win-backs and reactivations • Customer segmentation: reputed company, manage, and refine customer segments based on behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stage to drive personalization and relevance • Campaign reputed company & calendar: Partner with the marketing team to reputed company and execute an integrated campaign calendar reputed company with promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives • Performance analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance using reputed company and other analytics tools; derive actionable insights and continuously iterate for improvement • List health & compliance: Manage subscriber list hygiene, opt-in/opt-out compliance, and deliverability best practices to maintain a healthy CRM ecosystem Skills • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent field • 2-4 years work experience in a content or communications role • Experience with reputed company (or similar platform) • Segmentation and audience development • Creation and design of email templates • CRM configuration and automation • Basic email reputed company knowledge • Passion for pets reputed company • reputed company's Natural Pet Products offers nutritious and healthy raw pet food along with free home delivery services.
