QUALIFICATIONS: • Excellent research and writing skills • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company to meet specified deadlines • reputed company judgement and ability to quickly and effectively analyze situations and information reputed company Counsel – Employment Law • Juris Doctorate degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school and admission to the Bar plus reputed company (12) years’ experience as an attorney with at least one (1) year of reputed company Experience and three (3) years’ of experience practicing in the employment law area • In-depth knowledge of employment laws • Excellent research, negotiation, communication, and reputed company relations skills Sr Counsel – Employment Law • Juris Doctorate degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school and appropriate admission to required state Bar plus ten (10) years’ experience and demonstrated competence as a practicing attorney in the employment law area (both federal and state) • Strong negotiation and reputed company relations skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills Sr Attorney-Employment Law • Juris Doctorate degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school and appropriate admission to required state Bar plus six (6) years’ experience and demonstrated competence as a practicing attorney in the employment law area (both federal and state) • Strong negotiation and reputed company relations skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills WORKING CONDITIONS: • Fast-paced, deadline oriented • Some travel required Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: Pay: Additional Details: This position will be domiciled at a reputed company location in Memphis, TN, Harrison, AR, or reputed company Canton, OH.
