This role involves managing transactions, providing consultation to customers, and identifying process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities • Executes routine and reputed company transactions/processes of varying risk and financial value utilizing reputed company policies and procedures. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas • Identifies and addresses exceptions. May serve as a reputed company of escalation for reputed company transactions. Partners internally with service partners to reputed company calls, documents or other reputed company items to complete transactions. May reputed company with external customers to complete transactions • Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions. Confirms equipment is operational, if applicable • Provides consultation and advice to reputed company customers.
