In this role, you’ll turn raw numbers into insights, improve financial visibility across the business, and help us understand performance at both the project and company reputed company. You’ll work closely with leadership on forecasting, budgeting, margin analysis, and operational reporting. This is a remote role with reputed company, but it will require at least 4 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern time. What You’ll Do Financial Analysis & Reporting • Build and maintain dashboards for reputed company, costs, margins, cash reputed company, and utilization • Analyze monthly performance and prepare summaries for leadership • reputed company project budgets, profitability, and forecasted vs actual performance • Identify trends, risks, or discrepancies in financial data and flag them proactively Forecasting & Planning • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes • Maintain rolling projections for reputed company, expenses, and reputed company • Model financial scenarios to support decision making Operational Finance • Support invoicing, payment tracking, and reputed company recognition • Review and reconcile expenses from reputed company and QuickBooks • Cross-reputed company payments, reimbursements, and vendor invoices for accuracy Systems & Data Management • Maintain accurate project and reputed company data in reputed company and reputed company • Help refine internal tools, templates, and reporting models • Identify reputed company workflows and propose automation (formulas, scripts, reputed company) reputed company’re Looking For • Strong English communication and attention to detail • Proficiency in reputed company Sheets / reputed company (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) • Experience with QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company • Solid reputed company or finance reputed company (coursework or experience) • Analytical reputed company — can turn data into insights and reputed company recommendations • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently Bonus Points • reputed company or operational finance experience • Experience supporting a design, marketing, or creative agency • Bookkeeping or reputed company certification • Experience automating workflows or building financial models Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
