Responsibilities
• Troubleshooting and hardware reboot support
• Working across multiple systems to support customers
• Clearly documenting service tickets
• Addressing customer inquiries
• Guiding customers through processes
• Tracking and reporting customer interactions in detail
Skills
• Expertise in Tech Support, Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact and engage with customers
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical support issues
• Ability to demonstrate patience and empathy while handling customer concerns
• Organizational skills for managing and documenting customer interactions efficiently
• Previous experience in a similar role or technical support is highly desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with Awaken is a plus
• Additional education or certifications in customer service or technology-related fields are a plus
