[Remote] Senior Clinical Consultant

The role involves guiding customers in designing effective clinical workflows and analyzing performance to achieve workforce and workload goals using Oracle Health Workforce and Workload solutions.
Responsibilities
• Partner with customer stakeholders and leaders to form relationships and holistically impact client clinical performance, satisfaction, and clinical and business outcomes during project engagements for the Oracle Health Workforce and Workload Solution Suite within the Acute and Outpatient venues of care
• Using your clinical knowledge and experience, provide clinical guidance and expertise to customers and internal project teams; consult and collaborate with clients to design optimal clinical workflows; and facilitate the analysis of current state, future state, and gap analysis with an emphasis on understanding the change impact and recommending strategies to prepare for adoption of the change to reach desired workforce and workload management outcomes
• Manage and own the customer’s value measurement plan for the Oracle Health Workforce and Workload implementation; support the engagement management team in ensuring project deliverables and timelines are met to deliver value to the customer as committed; lead customer meetings and facilitate discussions around clinical alignment and adoption of technology; and cultivate customer relationships to achieve business outcomes
Skills
• At least 6 years of total combined higher education and related work experience including: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Clinical Studies, Health Care, or related field
• At least 1 year of licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology work experience
• At least 5 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
• Registered Nurse (RN) or other clinical licensure
• Previous experience with staff scheduling, staffing assignments, staffing workflows, hospital admission/registration process, and/or other related hospital operations
• Previous experience with Oracle Health Workload and Workforce Management
• Previous client consulting experience
• Oracle Health Millennium application experience
• Experience managing large, complex full cycle solution implementations
• Experience implementing client/server applications
• Possess decision making skills as well as the ability to deal with ambiguity
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and Process orientated
• Strong analytic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrates the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet adapting deadlines

• Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
